Value-added services, which primarily include (i) engineering services such as (for property developers) automation consulting and engineering product sales and inspection services, repair and maintenance services and equipment upgrade services and (ii) community leasing, sales and other services where residents and tenants of the properties under our management are offered a diversified range of offline services, such as common area rental assistance, purchase assistance and rental assistance for properties that have been delivered to owners by developers and household assistance services and online services through our O2O platform.
